Working with clients around the world, Heather is known for her warm presence, insightfulness, and an uncanny knack to cut straight to the root of a matter. She uses laughter and compassion balanced with groundedness and laser insight to create courageous spaces where people can grow.
Heather is a Professional Certified Coach (International Coach Federation) and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (Co-Active Training Institute). She holds a BA in Communication Studies with a concentration in Alternative Forms of Dispute Resolution (University of Maryland) and a Certificate in Mediation (Northwestern University). She is also a Certified Restorative Justice Facilitator (International Institute of Restorative Practices) and is trained in facilitating interactive anti-racism education.
She currently volunteers as a mediator for child protection mediations and previously served as a Member of the ICF Board in Chicago and co-founder and co-leader of the Wholeness, Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Task Force at CTI.
