From the 43 NGOs who attended the second day of the Summit, 20 were selected for coaching: 10 starting in January 2019 and the remaining 10 in January 2020. The coaching grant each received provides a year’s pro bono coaching from a team of at least one international and one local Ethiopian coach.
Supporting the coaches in delivering their best work in accordance with global best practice is a team of coach supervisors, which operates under the leadership of Eve Turner of the Global Supervisors’ Network and Marita Fridjhon, founder of CRR Global.
Through the power of individual and team coaching sessions, designed with rigor and thoughtfulness to build on current strengths and support the development and implementation of focused plans, the leadership teams develop more confidence and competence, individually and collectively, to address opportunities and key issues.
The coaching program itself is being assessed through an impact evaluation. The goal of the impact evaluation is to demonstrate the effectiveness of coaching as a leadership development technique that results in the delivery of higher levels of sustainable organization performance. In this context, this translates directly into the ability to support more children and their families.
Our Coach Team is made up of a diverse group of coaches, including internationally based coaches from five different countries who are partnering with trained and accredited Ethiopian-based coaches. Our international coaches provide 1:1 executive coaching to NGO leadership and partner with our Ethiopian-based coaches to provide team coaching.
Chip McFarlane MCC
Chip McFarlane is a Master Coach, Peace Ambassador and Director of Training at the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL). As a Master Certified Coach, Chip has worked extensively in the non-profit industry globally. Professor David Clutterbuck is a mentor, coach and entrepreneur, as well as one of Europe’s most prolific and well-known management writers and thinkers. He has written more than 70 books and hundreds of articles on cutting edge management themes. In addition, David is a serial entrepreneur, having built and sold two consulting businesses. He now works with an international network of mentor trainers and researchers, Coaching and Mentoring International, supporting organisations in developing capability in coaching and mentoring. He co-founded the European Mentoring & Coaching Council, the primary professional organisation in the field within Europe, and is now its Special Ambassador, promoting good practice in coaching and mentoring internationally. He founded the International Standards for Mentoring & Coaching Programmes and recently completed a three-year term as external examiner for Ashridge Coaching MBA. He was voted Coaching at Work magazine’s first Mentor of the Year and is a visiting professor at four business schools — Henley (Reading University), Sheffield Hallam, Oxford Brookes and York St John. He maintains a continuous programme of research into mentoring, coaching team coaching, talent management and leader development. He is an accomplished and controversial public speaker in high demand around the world. Among his current projects is one to create five million school-age coaches and mentors globally over a five-year period. He likes to practice what he preaches, setting himself the goal of achieving at least one major learning challenge each year – these range from sky-diving to becoming a stand-up comic.
Veronica is an organisational and individual change facilitator, consultant and coach. She is an ICF PCC and coach mentor as well as a COMENSA (Coaching and Mentoring South Africa) Senior Practitioner and Registered Supervisor. With over 35 years of experience, she has worked with non-profit organisations involved in early childhood development through to aged seniors programmes, international conservation, education, emerging entrepreneurs and social outreach. She believes in taking coaching to areas that were previously unable to access it, so helping to build a more equal society for the future. Veronica has over 35 years of experience in business consulting and change management in the UK, Europe and across Africa, working in diverse industries such as government, financial services, retail, education, healthcare and community /NGO. She added coaching to the mix over 10 years ago as she could see that many individuals and organisations struggled with change and needed the additional support that coaching brings. Having run her own businesses, she could understand the many requirements and challenges that leaders face. This was reflected in her choice of the name Chameleon Skills for her consulting, facilitating and coaching practice. The Chameleon has the ability to adapt to changing situations and circumstances in order to thrive and make itself comfortable in its surrounds. Even though it may change its external appearance, it is always a Chameleon! Her experience has led her to believe that as individuals we have many roles to play in our lives, both personal and professional, and we want to be the best version of ourselves in all of them, whilst staying true to our values. That insight underpins all of Veronica’s work with her clients, assisting them to adapt to their changing world while retaining their integrity. Veronica trained as an Integral Coach where the focus is on the individual and how they are in relationship to others and to the systems of which they are part, both personally and professionally. As John Donne said: “No man is an island entire of itself.” Even when working with individuals, there is always the connection to others and to the organisation so that individual development and growth can benefit the organisation as well. Since her relocation in 1995 to South Africa with her husband and family, Veronica has been committed to finding ways to support the growth of her adopted country. She has traveled to many African countries and worked in some. Most recently, she’s been working in Liberia where she is still coaching the Country Director of a conservation organisation. Whilst maintaining her organisational consulting and coaching practice, Veronica has also been devoting time and energy over the last ten years to working with non-profit organisations and communities to enable them to engage more effectively and strategically with their work and stakeholders. Veronica has facilitated focus groups, community building events and training programmes for a variety of individuals and organisations that include teachers, emerging entrepreneurs, youths, health workers and professional organisations. She is committed to the transfer of skills and knowledge and sees this as a two-way process. Currently, she is working on a community project to assist in identifying the causes of social unrest and creating solutions that can bring together both business and government. Veronica appreciates the passion and commitment that is required to drive non-profit organisations. She sees her role as supporting the leaders and their teams to underpin this purpose with sound and sustainable business practices. This means taking an integrated approach to the organisation in a similar way to that of working with an individual. There needs to be vision and strategy underpinned by sound business practices, strong leadership and the creation of a culture of relationships, teamwork, values and behaviours. Veronica ensures that through collaborative processes, changes or solutions will be practical and relevant. There will be clearly stated organisational and individual objectives agreed with the client and the implementation of a practical programme of coaching and review. Veronica is looking forward to finding ways of sharing her learnings and experience in Ethiopia and continuing to grow her own knowledge of the continent, its diverse people and how we can all benefit from collaborating together.
Dumisani Magadlela PhD
Dr. Dumisani Magadlela is an executive coach, coach trainer, leadership facilitator and organisational development strategist based in Midrand, South Africa. A featured spokesperson for executive coaching, Dumi has experience working across the African continent and beyond, including working for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), facilitating sessions on personal excellence using the Ubuntu philosophy. Dumisani was accredited as a facilitator in the Worldsview Nine Conversations in Leadership programme and was trained in Leadership Development through the Teleos Leadership Institute’s Leadership in the 21st Century programme through the UNDP. He is currently Senior Faculty at one of the leading coach-training schools in Africa, The Coaching Centre (TCC). The Coaching Centre trains executive coaches in integral coaching and is the only school with a module on Ubuntu Coaching that Dumi designed and delivers. He serves on the faculties of several other coach-training and academic institutions, supervises masters’ students in different universities, and is an internationally recognized facilitator and trainer in African capacity building. He has been featured on several radio and television programmes discussing coaching, mentoring, leadership, transformation and Ubuntu. His publications appear regularly in local newspapers, magazines, blog-sites and social media platforms. Dumisani is co-editor of the inaugural Coaching and Consulting Journal in Africa through the Africa Board for Coaching Consulting & Coaching Psychology (ABCCCP) and founding Board Member and Chairperson of the pioneering Ubuntu Coaching Foundation promoting access to coaching in poor communities. Katherine Holt PhD
Dr. Katherine Holt is a global change agent who helps people realize their dreams. She manages two values-based networks which champion social justice, promote environmental stewardship, and develop global leaders. Change, innovation and sustainability are her paradoxical passions – along with supporting organizations whose mission is to create a better world. Her broad management consulting background includes assessing talent, coaching leaders, and conducting leadership development programs in more than 25 countries. Katherine developed her eclectic coaching approach as a line manager and consultant who experimented with different ways to coach people on her teams. She specializes in transformational coaching, helping people shift their perspectives, behavior and habits to show up as the leaders they want to be. Katherine grew up in the heartland of the USA where she began studying Spanish in third grade with limited opportunities to practice. She learned Japanese after moving to Tokyo in 1993 to establish the Asia-Pacific offices for a USA consulting firm. Her travels in China and India caused her to question unsustainable business practices and prompted her to launch her own business after repatriating back to the USA in 2000. She commutes between San Francisco and Durango, a small town in southwest Colorado, where she lives with her Italian Greyhound at an elevation of 1,985 meters. Dr. Holt received her Ph.D. in Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. After serving on ASTD’s global board of directors from 2000-2002, she received their lifetime professional service award in 2005 and became their first CPLP Fellow in 2012. She holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is working toward her ESIA coaching supervision accreditation through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). She pioneered the development of customized 360 assessments and served as chief architect for The PROFILOR® family. In 2010, she began organizing Global Assessment Summits and conducting benchmarking surveys to improve the practice of cross-cultural assessment. After contributing to leadership development resources such as Awaken, Align, Accelerate and the Successful Manager’s Handbook, she is now editing three books on global and multicultural coaching. Her articles on global leadership have been published in professional journals and practitioner magazines. Her Africa learning journey began with an extended trip to Nairobi in 2015. Katherine is excited to experience Ethiopian culture and be inspired by NGO leaders and their missions. She looks forward to collaborating with local coaches on their engagements with NGO teams. Next year she expects to conduct coach workouts in South Africa and India along with supporting NGO leaders in other parts of the world.
Howard J. Morgan
As an executive coach, Howard Morgan has led major organizational change initiatives in partnership with senior executives across all levels and industries. George M. Nuthu
George is an accomplished leadership development professional, with a strong background in individual and group processes that build leaders’ competencies and capacities through facilitation skills, cross-cultural communication, tolerating dissent, developing leadership skills, coaching skills, counseling skills among others. Nobantu Mpotulo is an executive coach, process facilitator and an organizational development consultant with over 25 years of experience across public, private, higher education institutions and non-governmental sectors. As a Buddhist practitioner and teacher, she supports her clients in integrating the head, heart, instinctual and spiritual intelligence. She does amazing heart work with clients based on the principles of UBUNTU “I Am because We Are.” Nobantu is a sought after facilitator for leadership development programs and coaches internationally. She boasts varied international exposure having studied in South Africa and the UK and has been awarded two career development fellowships in the US under the auspices of USAID. Paul Lawrence PhD
Paul is a consultant, executive coach, facilitator, educator, writer and researcher. His primary interest lies in helping organisations effect change, building holistic solutions, and integrating change efforts through interventions such as coaching and leadership development. Paul had a long corporate career including 14 years working for British Petroleum (BP), a global multinational company that was the fifth biggest company in the world at the time. While with them, he learned through experience how change really happens and how it can be influenced. Paul held roles in marketing, operations, finance and strategy, and led teams in Australia, Spain, Portugal and Japan culminating in the role of GM for a Tokyo-based retail business. During this phase of his career, BP more than doubled in size, progressing through an ongoing series of mergers, acquisitions and investments. In 2002, he switched from line roles into a global role in organisational development, working at the head office in London. In this role, he led the design and implementation of a global leadership development program, working with business leaders all over the world to co-facilitate a program for more than 12,000 people. In 2004, Paul migrated to Australia with his wife and four children. He is now an executive coach, change facilitator and researcher. He coaches individuals, teams, and groups, typically within a broader strategic agenda. The value proposition of his company, the Centre for Coaching in Organisations, is based on thought leadership and evidence-based practice, including the publication of white papers on coaching, leadership development and change, making them freely available to anyone. Paul has been conducting and publishing research in the coaching, leadership and change space since 2008. He also lectures part-time at the Sydney Business School (University of Wollongong). Paul’s first book, Leading Change - How Successful Leaders Approach Change Management – was published in 2014 by Kogan Page. The book was the outcome of two years of research, spent interviewing leaders all over the world, seeking to understand how these leaders really manage change. The results supported contemporary theories of change, particularly the scary idea that change can only be influenced and not directed. The leaders Paul spoke to were all relatively comfortable with working in uncertain and ambiguous environments, where outcomes were unpredictable and emergent. The main theme emerging from the work was that dialogue is the principal medium through which change takes place, and that role of the leader is to become better at engaging in dialogue, and adept at understanding patterns of dialogue across their organisations. Building on this theme, Paul’s second book is being published by Routledge in August 2018. Called Coaching in Three Dimensions: Meeting the Challenges of a Complex World, the book articulates a practical approach to coaching successfully amidst uncertainty. The book challenges traditional approaches to coaching, advocating once more for an understanding of dialogue. His third book, The Tao of Dialogue, due to be published in early 2019, explains the essentials of dialogue and how to leverage an understanding of dialogue in coaching teams. Paul is delighted to have been picked to participate in the EthicalCoach program. He looks forward to leveraging some of his nascent understandings of coaching and complexity and sharing some of those insights with others. More than anything, however, he looks forward to learning and becoming a more effective coach through his interactions with exceptional leaders.

Eve Turner was a senior leader in the BBC running a multi-million pound, 250-strong journalistic division and coaching internally before setting up her practice. She has also conducted an orchestra which has given her some useful clues to leadership and the whole being more than the sum of the parts! Eve is an AC Master Executive Coach and one of the first 2 supervisors in Europe accredited by the EMCC. Selected as the EMCC’s European Coach of the Year for 2015 she is also the 2018 winner of Coaching at Work’s Award for Contributions to Coaching Supervision. The award recognises Eve’s pro bono work including setting up and running the Global Supervisors’ Network (GSN), EthicalCoach’s supervision partner, which has 130 supervisor members worldwide and provides free, professional development. It also recognises work for CoachActivism which supports refugees and refugee workers, voluntary work with the coaching professional bodies and her research and writing. Eve leads Eve Turner Associates, a company specialising in coaching, supervision and facilitation. Dr Mike Munro Turner
Mike has been coaching for over 20 years - helping people develop their capacity for leadership and achieve increased levels of performance, effectiveness and fulfillment. He works with coaches and mentors as a supervisor to help them ensure the quality of their work and to support them in their professional development. Mike brings a deep understanding of individual change and releasing leadership potential to his coaching practice. This approach is positive and solution focused, helping leaders and teams be successful now and build the skills and capacities to be more successful in future. He facilitates personal and professional growth, improving current performance and the ability to manage change. For many years Mike was on the faculty of The School of Coaching where he trained coaches and managers in coaching skills, and was an associate with The Centre for Creative Leadership where he worked on their leadership development programmes. He has also been an academic, a software developer, a management consultant, a psychotherapist, and a trustee of the charity Green and Away which creates convivial environments that transform people. Mike loves walking on the Malvern Hills, has recently discovered a love of singing, and is fortunate to live a few minutes walk from The Morgan which serves the Wye Valley's Butty Bach beer!
Clive Steeper is a qualified coaching supervisor, executive coach and NLP practitioner with over 2,000 hours’ coaching experience. His approach is based on positive psychology and a belief that we are all capable of more than we believe is possible. Clive provides a supervision process whereby coaches can critically reflect on their values, beliefs and assumptions they hold about their themselves, their clients and the world around them, so that they can find new ways of adapting and integrating learning to become better coaches. As an executive coach, Clive is comfortable working in complex and pressured situations, and has helped clients in corporate & not-for-profit organizations to navigate through a variety of challenges including boardroom relationships, strategic thinking, influencing and managing change. He is also an advisor to a UK based charity helping charities internationally to improve their leadership effectiveness. Prior to coaching, Clive enjoyed a successful career as MD/CEO growing a number of international businesses in UK, USA & South East Asia. Today he keeps himself sharp competing in motorsport and was UK Champion in Sports Prototypes in 2015. As an author Clive has written four popular business books: Risk, Motivation in a week, Cope with Change at Work and The Personality Workbook and is a regular contributor to Coaching Perspectives magazine.
For over 20 years, Jo has found joy in her work as a supervisor – working alongside professionals who explore and stretch their practice to bring themselves into greater service of others. Jo currently leads programmes training experienced executive coaches to become supervisors in UK & Europe, Asia & Africa. She runs a busy and diverse international practice as an executive coach and psychotherapist; and provides psychologically minded supervision to coaches, counsellors and psychotherapists, medical/surgical consultants and specialist practitioners. Jo’s life-long desire to play her part in creating a just world has been fulfilled through leadership roles, and continuous voluntary work, within NGOs in the UK and abroad, and the thread of making a difference in the world is evident throughout her career. Previously Series Editor for Thinking Global in Coaching Today, Jo has written numerous articles on supervision and leadership. She is currently compiling contemporary works for a cutting-edge book on Coaching Supervision as part of EMCC Routledge Mastery Series. Jo is Director with Coaching Supervision Academy (CSA); CSA Asia Pacific & Africa; International Centre for Reflective Practice; NGO Trustee and holds a Public Appointment with Scotland’s Children’s Hearings. Jo was founding executive member of BACP Coaching and later Chair (2012 – 2014); she is currently an active member in leading professional forums, Global Supervisors’ Network and Association for Coaching, which extend and enrich the coaching profession.
Eva Hirsch Pontes
Eva Hirsch Pontes is an Executive Coach, Trainer and Facilitator, Coach Mentor and Supervisor, and Conflict Mediator, living in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In 2013, she became the first CSA Accredited Coach Supervisor in Latin America. Since then, she has been offering individual and group supervision to coaches who want to engage relationally in mutual and transformational learning. Eva earned her Coach certification through the Hudson Institute of Coaching, Santa Barbara, California, after a successful career as an executive in the shipping industry. Eva holds a Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from ICF - International Coach Federation, as well as a Diploma in Coaching Supervision through the Coach Supervision Academy, England. Eva also graduated from The Art & Practice of Leadership Development” certificate program at Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government, Executive Education. Eva has been actively involved in volunteer activities for ICF: she integrated the first Board of ICF/Chapter Brazil, and currently works in the Ethics Committee of that Chapter, as well as acting as ICF trained assessor to review recordings of ACC and PCC candidates. Eva defines herself as a someone who wishes to grow and to help other people grow through reflective conversations about themselves and their work.
Sam is Owner-Director of Enhance Facilitation Limited and an Associate Fellow of the International Society for Coaching Psychology. He specialises in Leadership Coaching, Psychosocial Support and Professional Supervision. Regularly consulting to Médecins Sans Frontières (Netherlands), as well as coaching leaders and teams operating in high emotional impact environments, he is familiar with contexts where limited time and information, and high risk, are key features of decision making. Sam advocates that leadership is a team responsibility, where high performance is gained from developing quality relationships leading to productive and meaningful work. Identifying and working towards their values, he works alongside supervisees to engage clients who strive to balance the demands of organisational and interpersonal expectations and dynamics amidst constant change. Sam also facilitates Action Learning Groups for senior leaders, and presents articles and seminars on his practice areas. Integrating Acceptance and Commitment Training and other strength-based approaches, Sam sustains a structured approach to his work. He is also acknowledged for his non-judgemental and good-humoured ability to challenge clients to draw upon their own, and others’, strengths to engage confidently with the diverse expectations, conflicts and successes of the work place. As a (New Zealand/Aotearoa) registered psychologist and informed by his ethical responsibilities, Sam’s coaching model is transparent, collaborative, confidential and safe for his clients from beginning to end.
As well as absolutely loving my work as a coach, mentor, coach supervisor and trainer of coaches, mentors and coach supervisors, I enjoy family time with my husband, children - now adults! - and dog Charlie. I also have fun social time with friends and am keen to keep fit through dance, swimming, yoga and cycling. My ‘formal’ bio reads as: Dr Lise Lewis, MBA, Chartered FCIPD, Accredited Master Coach (EMCC EIA), Accredited Coach Supervisor (EMCC ESIA) was International President of EMCC (2011-2017) and is now EMCC International Special Ambassador. Lise is owner of Bluesky International founded in 2000 delivering internationally accredited Coach | Mentoring and Coach Supervision training. As a Coach | Mentor Lise works primarily in Leadership Development with a specific focus on creating awesome relationships in the workplace. Lise also has a vibrant Coach Supervision practice working with Organisational and Independent Coaches who are keen to develop their practice and be the best they can be in service of their clients. Lise is a globally recognised speaker promoting her doctoral research and developments in the mentoring, coaching and supervision industry. Her most recent event was in Vancouver Island speaking on the impact of AI on Coach Supervision. Lise has published several research articles in professional journals and is currently authoring a book for business leaders, coaches and mentors based on her research into ‘Creating the Conditions for Receptivity of Feedback’.
Nick has a substantial list of academic credentials, including a Diploma in Family Therapy (IFT). Nick worked with the Bath Consultancy Group from 1997 - 2014, during which he was MD and Company Director. He currently works as an independent coach based on the South Coast. Prior to his time at the Bath Consultancy Group, Nick held a senior leadership role in an educational organisation dedicated to transforming the quality of the built environment. He also worked as a manager and management developer in the UK public sector. Nick has been an executive coach for over 20 years. Having been accredited as an executive coach with APECS (UK), he coaches senior executives in a number of global organisations such as Unilever, Ernst and Young and Barclays Capital. He has also coached in the Public Sector, including senior civil servants in Whitehall as well as NGO leaders. Nick has worked with his colleague, Prof Peter Hawkins, to develop the first program for training executive coaches as supervisors, which first ran in the UK in 2003. He currently supervises both coaches and supervisors in their practice and is an accredited supervisor with the EMCC. Nick has also co-written a book with Prof Peter Hawkins, "Coaching, Mentoring and Organizational Consultancy: Supervision and Development" (McGraw-Hill/Open University Press, 2nd Ed 2013), which is now used as a core textbook in most university courses on coaching and supervision. He has also co-authored a chapter on Transformational Coaching, in the "Complete Handbook of Coaching", Sage, London 3rd Ed 2018. He is currently writing a book on Transformational Coaching.
Kathleen Stinnett, Master Certified Coach (MCC), is the principal and founder of FutureLaunch, an organization that provides clients with coaching and human performance solutions. She brings over 25 years of experience working with individuals and organizations to improve effectiveness, enhance fulfillment, and create sustainable change and results. In 2000, Kathleen completed a professional coaching certification program with the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and subsequently earned her Master Certified Coach (MCC) credentials through the International Coach Federation. For 17 years, Kathleen served on the faculty of the Hudson Institute, as well as serving as a master coach assessor. In 2010, Kathleen and Jack Zenger co-authored the book The Extraordinary Coach: How the Best Leaders Help Others Grow (McGraw-Hill) and developed the award-winning Extraordinary Coach program, targeted at managers who want to improve their coaching effectiveness. A popular speaker, author, and facilitator, Kathleen coaches leaders at all levels to understand and improve their personal leadership effectiveness. She has also consulted with organizations and senior leader teams to create shifts in corporate culture and works to implement change with clients to improve employee engagement. Her current corporate clients include: Anthem, Fidelity, Heartland Dental Corporation, Integrative Enneagram, NASA-JPL, Phillips 66, Promega, Rocky Mountain Institute, Ross Dress for Less, Star One Credit Union and Valero. In 2014, Kathleen became a certified coaching supervisor before obtaining her Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology in 2015. She has gone on to create a three-day program for certified coaches to utilize positive psychology tools and skills.
Highly qualified, Stephen gained his Master Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching in 2011 as well as a Coaching Supervision Diploma in 2010. With more than 30 years blue-chip international and multicultural leadership experience, he is a Master Practitioner Coach, accredited by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council and is an ESIA Accredited Supervisor of Coaches/ Mentors. Stephen is currently a teaching Faculty member with the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) and is a Certified Trainer on the International Positive Power & Influence Programme (PPIP). A British national, he lives in Poland with a corporate career spanning more than 30 years with P&G, Reckitt Benckiser, Coca-Cola Bottlers and PZ Cussons. Stephen has also worked on the ground in the UK, Greece, Morocco, Tunisia, Yemen, Russia & Poland when implementing assignments in Sales, Marketing & Country/ Regional General Management. He has personally led and been responsible for international start-up operations, in developed and hardship locations; significant organisational change projects; business turnaround assignments and re-shaping leadership teams into effective operating units. He currently coaches and mentors in Europe and Asia, with senior business leaders, individually and in teams, towards greater self-awareness and operational impact. Stephen typically works with the following sectors: Banking, Chemicals, Consulting, FMCG, Insurance, IoT, Legal, Logistics, Media, Pharma, Software and Wines & Spirits. The Global Supervisors’ Network is unique. It is a free, participative network for supervisors working in coaching, mentoring and consultancy to provide each other with, and receive, Continuing Personal and Professional Development virtually.
It was set up by Eve Turner in early 2016 and the criteria for joining are that members are qualified and experienced supervisors of coaches, mentors and/or consultants. There are webinars at least monthly, where around 130 members from around the world provide each other with excellent learning opportunities on a range of diverse subjects broadly related to supervision and/or personal development. Recordings and other materials, such as slides, are made available for members of the network. This is all done at no cost to members to join or attend the webinars, with the sole aim of supporting best practice.
GSN members include supervisors working in countries such the USA, Canada, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Vietnam, India, Oman and Turkey, as well as throughout Europe. The GSN has established a community that brings together some of the leading thinkers in the field. Members can also choose to be involved in working groups, pro bono and research projects. Members have partnered EthicalCoach in providing free supervision to the Aspirant Coaches and are involved in research projects on ethics and supervision, and supervision of supervision.
