What if the highest level of Executive Coaching was accessible to organizations addressing the greatest global challenges of our time: global challenges that bear down disproportionately on society’s most vulnerable, especially on children?

David Clutterbuck an internationally recognized authority on coaching and mentoring, will be the keynote speaker for the Summit. He will be joined by nine other carefully selected coaches to ensure participants are fully engaged in a dynamic, learning and collaborative experience.

Ben Croft, founder of EthicalCoach is also the Founder and CEO of the successful WBECS initiative, the largest online gathering of business and executive coaches. Through experiencing first hand the incredible impact of coaching on the results of Fortune 500 companies, he was struck by the opportunity to make a positive impact in the world.

Armed with this vision, Ben travelled to Addis Ababa in May 2017. He was greeted by an overwhelming number of NGOs in the area that are devoted to supporting children and addressing the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Excited and inspired, Ben quickly formed a Research Study Group and an Implementation Team to help identify how to bridge this vision to action by learning more about the strengths, challenges, opportunities and the specific leadership development needs of NGO leaders in Ethiopia.

Our mark of success will be that each NGO selected increases its ability to serve and support 100 more children.

Benjamin Croft

“With access to the world’s largest network of executive coaching talent, we asked ourselves: how can we mobilize these highly skilled individuals to stimulate a positive impact?”
