Over 20 years of global experience in all areas of HR, including Talent management, HR business partner, Change Management, OD, Performance Management, Diversity and Inclusion and Executive coaching gained across a wide variety of industries has given me an excellent foundation and insight into the application of best leadership practices.
I have also successfully founded and managed an HR Consultancy which listed as its clients premier blue chip international companies in the Engineering, IT, Financial and Management Consulting industries. This entrepreneurial experience is invaluable in understanding first hand the highs and challenges facing executives and entrepreneurs in business today.
I strongly believe that a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion drives innovation and employee engagement and helps companies improve their brands and their bottom line. I have worked extensively in this area designing diversity and inclusion programs on a global level. I also mentor and coach women and members of traditionally underrepresented groups within the United States, India and Africa to develop and strengthen their leadership, relational and influencing skills.
