I have been passionate about personal growth and development for as long as I can remember. It was in my early years of high school, when I took my first Psychology class, that I realized I could parlay this interest into a career. Then at university, when I discovered there was a whole field of applying it inside of organizations. And then early in my career in talent management, when the term “life coaching” caught my ears and I knew that it was a critical piece for me to further develop my skills and live closer to some of the values that matter most to me – deep relationship, authenticity and aliveness, healthy and productive communication, and personal and emotional wellness. My career development path and my personal growth path are like a figure-8 … they inform each other, they feed off each other, each strengthens the other. While I have enjoyed working in many different areas of talent management, my favorite arena continues to be supporting the growth and development of seekers. This is how I have stayed in alignment with my purpose – to inspire real and sustainable transformation that promotes positive change on the planet.

In my own story, over 25 years ago I was suddenly struck down with a debilitating illness that still affects me today. I’ve never allowed this to impact career; becoming a Director with well over 20 years of Senior Leadership Development and Coaching backed by a verifiable track record of turnaround and growth within manufacturing, service-based and not-for-profit sectors. My competencies include:
I have always been interested in people – who they are, what they do and why they do it. I am naturally open and am especially curious about cultures different from my own. For me, coaching offers the best combination of my skills and interests in a way that is constructive and useful for others. I believe we all have potential, and that coaching is a key enabler to activate this, irrespective of our role or the context for our work. Coaching enables personal insight, learning, clarity and authenticity and is an opportunity to pause before consciously re-engaging to reach our desired goals. Outcomes can include a clearer way forward, increased self- awareness and learning, and clarity on deeper purpose. I am constantly learning and my current focus is understanding the interplay between the individual and the systems they come from. Separately, I am studying how to work more somatically to enable better awareness of the whole self and as a lifelong animal lover, I am interested in animal facilitated learning and how horses may be part of the coaching process.

After 12 years in the banking industry as a relationship manager dedicated to small, medium and large companies, I made a switch in my life in order to be more of service to others. I am interested in organizations and social enterprises whose main drivers are empowerment and social and economic inclusion with a holistic approach. During a wonderful growth journey of 6 years in South Africa, I developed my ability to connect people that I feel should be sharing their stories and honed my coaching skills with emerging and small entrepreneurs. By working with social enterprises I incorporated my love for questioning the purpose or projects or programs, ensuring there is a call to action and seeing how it can be measured. I have now relocated to the USA where I am ready to embark on a new journey and accompany purpose-driven companies or organizations looking to do social good.

As a child, Jakub Grzadzielski sang as a chorister in the world-famous Stuligrosz Choir, with which he toured throughout Europe. Later, he moved from music to sports, playing center for a major Polish regional basketball team. However, a serious knee injury curtailed his basketball career. He shifted to amateur boxing while pursuing his education, eventually graduating from the University of Technology in Poznan in the field of Electrical Engineering. Originally, he intended to get a PhD. However, family life intervened. “I’ll finish my doctoral studies,” he says with a laugh, “when my daughters leave home for college.” In his 17 years leading various teams in the automotive industry, Jakub discovered his real passion: working with and for people. “When I help people,” he states, “their achievements feel like my achievements.” What led Jakub to Stakeholder Centered Coaching? “After reading Marshall Goldsmith’s book, ‘What Got You Here Won’t Get You There’, I felt that the concepts in this book were the absolute foundation for any successful transformation.” He extolls “the incredible practicality and effectiveness of SCC methodology. From experience, I know that this approach guarantees measurable progress.” Jakub finds most rewarding the experience when the person he’s coaching changes behavior in a way that what was perceived as a weakness is now perceived as a strength. “These are the moments that show how much our profession is needed,” he says.

My offer to you is a non-judgmental, caring, confidential and professional conversation as we journey together. My coaching approach utilizes a systems thinking-integral coaching approach which embraces experiential action and reflective learning. We are living in an age of disruption, uncertainty and complexity and this can leave us feeling vulnerable. Navigating the change with a coach is invaluable. I bring the perspectives of a woman, mother and wife, with more than 20 years corporate experience using an integral coaching approach which explores our humanness from a systemic, relational, spiritual and emotional perspective. What differentiates me from other coaches is that I have a legal, governance and business background. My hobbies include amateur sports photography and running, preferably not at the same time.
I am an International Coach Federation (ICF) designated Master Coach (MCC) and a twenty-five year member of the Co-Active Training Institute faculty. With over 40 years of experience as a psychotherapist, coach and trainer, I am considered an elder in the coaching community. Since 1995, I have helped coaches learn to deeply listen to themselves and their clients in order to discover how their mindsets are impacting the results they want to create. Where biases and limitations exist, we reframe the situation in order to evoke and actualize new and better outcomes. I believe that both coaching and justice serve the same purpose: to create new mindsets and conditions that serve the needs of both the client and their community. As your coach, I am committed to helping you expand your awareness so that you can make the law work best for you and all the parties you serve.

As Structure & Flow, I provide the trustful thinking partnership and open, reflective space for focused dialogue – a space to make sense of opportunities and dilemmas from different perspectives, to gain new insights and explore future possibilities. I support and challenge leaders, managers, teams and other professionals through coaching, training and facilitation as they try out new approaches and behaviors, questioning established structures, assumptions and ways of working. Maybe the task is reinvention or to shape a common purpose and set of values or to clarify a vision and direction moving forward. Or perhaps it’s to develop greater awareness through critical self-examination or the mindset and confidence to learn new skills. Other themes might include: driving change and shaping culture, building strong relationships and communication, working across cultures and diversity, developing and inspiring others, and building resourcefulness, resilience, self-care and personal effectiveness. My approach combines the structure of frameworks, processes, planning, boundaries and discipline, with the flow of improvisation, creativity, playful exploration, autonomy and fun. It is principle-led, holistic and adaptive. It involves seeing the systems and patterns in context and culture, integrating knowledge from various disciplines, and upholding high professional standards and ethical practice.

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) who works with high-achieving, highly driven women executives, VP level and above, ages 35 to 45 who have just transitioned or are about to transition to a new level of leadership and want to stay centered as they achieve success, integrity, and work-life balance as they define it – taking a whole-hearted, whole-person approach to coaching and leadership development. I do this via customized programs that leverage emotional agility, mental fitness, and mindfulness-based leadership and team coaching and development practices.
My ideal clients are heart-centered, socially conscious leaders and organizations who are pushing up against their growing edge, often in the midst of navigating complex changes – typically they’re wrestling with team dynamics and communication and increasing levels of complexity in their responsibilities. I bring a whole-person, integrated-intelligence approach to the issues that are often involved, such as stress management, conflict resolution, and – what it always all boils down to – being in relationship with other complex human beings.
I do this in a way that empowers executives and organizations to celebrate and leverage true diversity, work more skillfully with discomfort, strengthen communication, and tap into the collective genius and resourcefulness of teams to translate vision into action.
In addition to being a PCC, I am also a certified business advisor who brings a well-established foundation of mindfulness practice into my work. My strengths include a high degree of emotional intelligence and communication skills, which translate into an open, nonjudgmental model and abundant curiosity in the coaching context.

Because there is an infinite sea of details, considerations, and consequences to address when buying or selling a business. For sellers, the big question isn’t just, how much can I get for my business, but – How do I relinquish the legacy I built? For buyers, the big question isn’t just, how much will this business pay me, but – How do I inherit another person’s life’s work and take it to the next level?
Anyone can strike a bogus deal and get money to exchange hands. But with full transparency, sincere respect and a dash of grit and class, you can make the perfect buyer/seller match, avoid remorse, and transition beautifully into the next adventure of your life.

I am originally from the east coast of Canada, now honored to live and work on Treaty 7 land – traditional territories of Blackfoot and Métis people – now known as Calgary, AB, Canada. People have been gathering for many years, where the Elbow & Bow River meet; as the water provides life. Personally, I feel the most alive when connected to nature, community and beside the ocean, or for now these rivers. For many years, I have been keenly enthusiastic about social change and progress. We are at a time in our world, where we are becoming increasingly conscious to our connections to each other and the planet. Often people search outside of self for solutions when capacity exists within – within self, teams, community and systems. My role is to invoke that capacity!

As a millennial myself, I am closely connected to our needs and wants. I believe that the best gift that we can give ourselves is to know that we have choices, and to have the ability to be mindful of how we make them.
I fell into a corporate marketing career when I first joined the workforce in my early 20s, and I steadily made it my world without questioning my motives. I also hold an MBA degree from one of the best business schools in Australia. By conventional standards, I was on a great trajectory to a comfortable retirement.
However, I was not satisfied. I made the decision in 2015 to destabilise myself in search of the career that was both meaningful and fulfilling. The journey was not quick, nor was it without its challenges. However, it was worthwhile to discover the choices I had available, and the values that are the most important to me.
Because I have been through the process, I know the benefits of having a sounding board, a confidante, or just someone who cares. I know how deeply (and sometimes desperately) we need prompting, to take time out, to pause, and to reassess. It is not easy, but I know that it is worthwhile.

I started my career working in large corporates in a variety of roles: finance, sales and client management in the UK, Europe and Asia, before moving back to the UK and working as a Marketing and Business Development Director for a large law firm. This led me to set up my own business over 15 years ago, working with professional firms to help them improve their client management and relationships, largely through interviewing clients. Working with these firms made me realise that gathering information and feedback from their clients was not, on its own, very useful to effect change: the key to making a difference is to focus on individuals to change their behaviours to deliver what the clients are looking for. That effectively started my interest and progress towards qualifying first as an executive coach and, more recently, having both experienced myself and seen how teams impact overall performance, as at team coach.
My particular area of coaching is with leadership, sales teams and sales/business development individuals to help them improve their performance. Drawing on my own experiences working in sales teams and managing large client accounts, I help clients change their behaviours to focus on what really will help them drive their business forward. It’s particularly satisfying working with individuals and seeing them build their confidence and skills to become as good as they can be at selling.

My approach to developing global leaders is based on 31 years of experience coaching leaders from across the world. As a partner in GROVEWELL LLC, I also oversaw a coaching practice spanning six continents. We developed a highly effective approach to coaching across cultures, one that resonates with the coachee’s worldview. My coaching comprises a blend of rigor, compassion, and cross-cultural experience; my objective is to foster visionary, globally agile leaders. Recipients gain a heightened ability to respond wisely to unanticipated challenges and increase their organizational impact. Coaching women leaders also has been central to my practice. A high point was three years of supporting female coaches across Europe who provided coaching to 30 EMEA-based participants over a 12-month women’s leadership development program. The coaches and I convened regularly to address challenges, identify patterns, and leverage best practices. Women coaching women was a meaningful experience for us all. I look forward to supporting the WILD Network’s advancement of women in global development.
