A lawyer by training, Ahadu is currently the Managing Director and Senior Consultant at Center for African Leadership Development (CALD). He has 20 years’ leadership experience including as the managing director of CALD, country representative of a US consulting firm, Cherokee Consulting (now Verdant Consulting) as well as an Advisor to the African Knowledge Transfer Partnership (AKTP) for the British Council. Ahadu has provided leadership development support, training, and organizational development, legal and business consulting to more than a hundred organizations. He is also extensively involved in starting, developing and leading local NGOs in Ethiopia. Ahadu earned an MA in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University, USA. He also holds various coaching and leadership certificates, including accreditation from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), TOT on Leadership Essentials and Coaching Essentials from the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), Consulting Skills from the Management Sciences for Health (MSH), and a Management Consulting Competency Certificate from the Ethiopian Management Institute.

She is the owner and general manager of Gishen Pharmacies and runs 13 branches with 135 employees. She holds a bachelors in Pharmacy from Addis Ababa University, School of Pharmacy, as well as certificates in continuing education programs on Communication Skills Development, Entrepreneurship, Business Communication, and Leadership Skills for Woman. Amakelech is currently Vice President of the Ethiopian Pharmaceutical Association and an active member of the Association of Women in Boldness, a Female CEOs Breakfast Club. She served on the board of directors for the Addis Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Association from 2016-2018 and is an active member of the Ethiopian Women Lawyers Association, which fights for justice for those women who can’t afford representation. In 2018, Amakelech joined the EthicalCoach team and received her coaching accreditation through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

After a successful career in helping highly visible managers C-Suite members and turning around toxic cultures into high-performance organizations, now she advises, guides and coaches them on how to maintain a culture that nurtures wellbeing while delivering high-value results.
She volunteers many hours in coaching pro-bono with various NGO’s because she firmly believes there is no healthy workplace without a soul, that there is no well being without tapping into the spirit and that all of this is possible through integrity while coaching. Guatemalan born, located in Buenos Aires, she keeps studying human behavior with high hopes after, observing great results, that we can all reach and understand what makes us better human beings every single day.
Amanda Yuill, MS, PCC is a certified leadership coach with a specialization in positive psychology – the study of what makes people thrive and how we can all get a little closer to that state. She works with leaders across their career trajectory, from their first leadership experience through to the executive level. Amanda holds a BS and MS in Industrial Chemistry – this background in the physical sciences informs her coaching, with evidence-based and experimental, iterative approaches at the core of the work she does with her clients. Amanda’s career began in Australia, where she held a variety of technical, strategic and leadership roles in the mining industry before becoming a coach. She gained extensive cross-cultural experience working across the Asia-Pacific region before moving to North America in 2011. A passionate musician, Amanda plays trombone in a number of bands in Denver and New Orleans, and is currently fulfilling a childhood dream of learning the sousaphone!

My career has provided me with a wealth of experience in many different industry sectors with organizations of varying size and states of maturity. Having held executive positions for more than 20 years, I became a consultant in the field of change and follow my interest in the relationship between culture and strategy. For a number of years, alongside my day job, I was a guest lecturer on the Executive MBA program at Cass Business School and a member of its Advisory Board.
Ayin is Indian-Malaysian and currently live in Kuala Lumpur with his Chinese-American wife and two young children. He is a leadership and organizational development consultant who works internationally with senior leaders and their teams. Previously, he was a venture capital consultant in London and Geneva, and also held senior audit roles at KPMG in Dublin, and at PwC and Morgan Stanley in New York. He holds an MA in Systems-Psychodynamic Consulting from the Tavistock Clinic and is certified in several coaching and psychometric tools. He also holds an MBA from Switzerland and is a Fellow of the Irish Chartered Accounting Institute. He was a founding Member of the Society for Organizational Learning (Singapore) and an Associate member of the Organization Promoting Understanding of Society. Over the past few years, he has focused on bringing conversations on Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging and on Sustainability into leadership development.
Barbara Walsh is the Managing Director of Metaco, a bespoke consultancy focused on the areas of Strategic Leadership Team Development and Organizational Culture Optimization, and Co-Founder of Teams & Beyond, an online resource platform supporting the ongoing learning of team coaches, consultants and team leaders. Her specialization is in the development and optimization of connected, value-creating senior leadership teams, that are resilient, agile and aligned to the strategic direction of the organization. Barbara is Senior Faculty and a Team Coach Supervisor for the Systemic Team Coaching Certificate and Master Practitioner Diploma programs, and over the past eight years has co-managed these programs in the Southern Africa Region. In parallel, Bekri has eight years of experience as a physical therapist and wellness coach. Engaging with life in creative exploration, gaining knowledge and integrating it into daily life is the Bekri’s overarching aspiration. While working with humanitarian organizations, Bethany saw first-hand the power of creating safe spaces for people to identify their goals and develop strategies to accomplish their visions. Through those experiences, Bethany pursued a new vision for her own life to create space for people to connect to their purpose. Bethany received a masters degree in Human Resource management and has focused on empowering employees to reach their potential within organizations for over a decade. Bryan works with executive leaders and their teams to unleash their full potential. He has worked as an internal executive coach within global organizations, as well as, externally in the past with a focus on the Financial Services industry. He holds his PCC certification through the ICF along with other assessments in order to support his clients to reach their goals. I have been passionate about personal growth and development for as long as I can remember. It was in my early years of high school, when I took my first Psychology class, that I realized I could parlay this interest into a career. Then at university, when I discovered there was a whole field of applying it inside of organizations. And then early in my career in talent management, when the term “life coaching” caught my ears and I knew that it was a critical piece for me to further develop my skills and live closer to some of the values that matter most to me – deep relationship, authenticity and aliveness, healthy and productive communication, and personal and emotional wellness. My career development path and my personal growth path are like a figure-8 … they inform each other, they feed off each other, each strengthens the other. Carol appears regularly in the media including New York Times, Forbes, LA Times, New York Magazine and is interviewed for local and national television and radio. She has coached live on television, radio and for a documentary film on positive psychology.

As a volunteer, she has done support group coaching for clients at OneEighty, the local integrated health system that offers domestic violence services. Cindy has worked with local women leaders in Santa Rosa de Copan, Honduras to help meet their leadership development needs through CAMO, a local non-profit that provides Central America Medical Outreach and community development work. Cindy has also been a coach for the Women for Change coaching community. She is a former and current co-President and Candidate’s Night moderator for the League of Women Voters of Wayne County.

Clive Steeper is a qualified coaching supervisor, executive coach and NLP practitioner with over 2,000 hours’ coaching experience. She earned her degree in Organizational Development from Athabasca University and is certificated in Group and Team Coaching, Potentials Realized. As a child, Jakub Grzadzielski sang as a chorister in the world-famous Stuligrosz Choir, with which he toured throughout Europe. Later, he moved from music to sports, playing center for a major Polish regional basketball team. However, a serious knee injury curtailed his basketball career. He shifted to amateur boxing while pursuing his education, eventually graduating from the University of Technology in Poznan in the field of Electrical Engineering. Originally, he intended to get a PhD. However, family life intervened. “I’ll finish my doctoral studies,” he says with a laugh, “when my daughters leave home for college.” In his 17 years leading various teams in the automotive industry, Jakub discovered his real passion: working with and for people. “When I help people,” he states, “their achievements feel like my achievements.” What led Jakub to Stakeholder Centered Coaching? “After reading Marshall Goldsmith’s book, ‘What Got You Here Won’t Get You There’, I felt that the concepts in this book were the absolute foundation for any successful transformation.” He extolls “the incredible practicality and effectiveness of SCC methodology. Nick has a substantial list of academic credentials, including a Diploma in Family Therapy (IFT). Nick worked with the Bath Consultancy Group from 1997 – 2014, during which he was MD and Company Director. He currently works as an independent coach based on the South Coast. Prior to his time at the Bath Consultancy Group, Nick held a senior leadership role in an educational organization dedicated to transforming the quality of the built environment. He also worked as a manager and management developer in the UK public sector/ Nick has been an executive coach for over 20 years. Having been accredited as an executive coach with APECS (UK), he coaches senior executives in a number of global organizations such as Unilever, Ernst and Young and Barclays Capital. I fell into a corporate marketing career when I first joined the workforce in my early 20s, and I steadily made it my world without questioning my motives. I also hold an MBA degree from one of the best business schools in Australia. By conventional standards, I was on a great trajectory to a comfortable retirement.
However, I was not satisfied. I made the decision in 2015 to destabilise myself in search of the career that was both meaningful and fulfilling. The journey was not quick, nor was it without its challenges. However, it was worthwhile to discover the choices I had available, and the values that are the most important to me.
Because I have been through the process, I know the benefits of having a sounding board, a confidante, or just someone who cares. I know how deeply (and sometimes desperately) we need prompting, to take time out, to pause, and to reassess. It is not easy, but I know that it is worthwhile.
Paul is a consultant, executive coach, facilitator, educator, writer and researcher. Paul had a long corporate career including 14 years working for British Petroleum (BP), a global multinational company that was the fifth biggest company in the world at the time. During this phase of his career, BP more than doubled in size, progressing through an ongoing series of mergers, acquisitions and investments. In 2002, he switched from line roles into a global role in organizational development, working at the head office in London. In this role, he led the design and implementation of a global leadership development program, working with business leaders all over the world to co-facilitate a program for more than 12,000 people. In 2004, Paul migrated to Australia with his wife and four children. He is now an executive coach, change facilitator and researcher. He coaches individuals, teams, and groups, typically within a broader strategic agenda. After that, I worked 15 years in international cooperation and I traveled to Brazil, India, Bhutan, Angola, Zimbabwe, to name a few. Traveling broadened my view, outwards and inwards. They are journeys that never stop and continue. Suha F. Daou, MA, Ph.D., is a multilingual expert with more than 24 years of professional consulting, individual and team coaching, facilitation, and academic experience in a wide array of industries and organizations. Tasha Goldberg lives in Hawaii where her passion for indigenous culture and the relationship between people and plants is a thriving reality. She founded Sustainable Solutions in 2004 with the goal of implementing strategic sustainability programs globally and maintaining an active voice in the ongoing planetary dialogue of sustainable development. Her efforts focus on empowering indigenous communities, adding value throughout supply chains, cultivating carbon awareness, and fostering the sustainable use of natural resources.
Since receiving her degree in Ethnobotany, and working on her Certificate to become a GHG Accountant from the Greenhouse Gas Management Institute, Tasha has collaborated with businesses, governmental agencies, elders, scientists, and artists to bring these varied populations to action. My approach to developing global leaders is based on 31 years of experience coaching leaders from across the world.
