Pamela Strawgate has been a trainer, coach and consultant in strategic communication and intercultural awareness and skills in her Development & Training Solutions business since 2008. Due to a significant increase in demand in 2020, she started offering DEI training and strategy consulting to clients.

Originally from the US, a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a double major in sociology and political science, dual national, Pamela is perfectly bilingual. With more than 30 years on 3 continents, serving large groups such as Sofitel, Sodexho, Hilton, Marriott and the Embassy of the United States in Paris, she has solid experience and a real knowledge of the business world. This has enabled her to skillfully exercise her profession as a trainer and coach specializing in the field of interculturality and communication since 2003.
